Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Personal care, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

• Items with signs of use
• Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
• Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error
• Returns submitted after 30 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified by email
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

Please check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. For exchange requests, please contact us first.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using trackable shipping for high-value items
